Nneka Obianyor
Nneka Obianyor holds a Masters in International Maritime Law from the International Maritime Law Institute in Malta and is a Member of Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Women in Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA), the Assistant Secretary, Nigerian Maritime Law Association and the Anglophone Secretary, Women in Maritime West and Central Africa (WIMOWCA) amongst her many accomplishments.
Her leadership role was even more pronounced in 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic as she played a crucial role in the drafting of two critical marine notices for her Administration, the notices on Extending Validity for Vessel/Seafarers’ Certificates and Cabotage Registration of Vessels.
