Francesca Pradelli is the Regional Safety Navigation Advisor with Pacific-Community-SPC.
A lawyer by qualification, she decided to specialise in maritime law to combine her passion for sailing and her studies in law.
Francesca supports the #WIM network and is a member of FIJI WIMA. It is her advocacy that many more girls and women are given opportunities to follow their passion.
